What is your return process for ervét?

If you and your partner are not in love with your ervét system within the 100-night period, please contact us at melandreid@ervetbedding.com to process a return. Because a used ervét cannot be resold, we will donate your ervét to a local charity that can provide a clean and comfortable sleeping system to those in need. Your used ervét should be in reasonably good condition, not damaged or stained and returned in it's original packaging.  While we would love to be able to offer free returns for everyone, everywhere, as a small, family-run business we need to charge for shipping and handling so we can keep our commitment to you to improve the way couples sleep. Returns of used ervéts will be refunded minus  shipping and handling processing fees. The processing fees cover shipping and handling as well as delivery of your used ervét to a local charity. 

To be eligible for an ervét return, we request that you try your new ervét for at least 30 days before submitting a request, as it can take some time for you and your partner to adjust to a new way of sleeping.

The 100-night home trial is to give you and your partner a chance to try ervét within your own home to make sure you and your partner love it. Because of that, each household is eligible to return a maximum of 1 ervét. Returns will be accepted only from the original delivery address. Returns will not be accepted if we reasonably believe the customer is initiating the return process in bad faith. 

Any ervét products that were purchased from another retailer will be subject to that retailer’s return policy. Kickstarter and Indiegogo orders are not eligible for returns.
