The 30 and 100-night sleep guarantee home trial is to give you and your partner a chance to try ervét within the comforter of your own home. Because of that, each household is eligible to return a maximum of 1 ervét. Returns will be accepted only from the original delivery address. Returns will not be accepted if we reasonably believe the customer is initiating the return process in bad faith.

We donate all ervét returns to a local charity that can provide comfortable linens to those in need.
Your ervét should be in good condition, not damaged or stained and returned in it's original packaging. While we would love to be able to offer free returns for everyone, everywhere, as a small, family-run business we need to charge for shipping and handling so we can keep our commitment to you to improve the way couples sleep.
Returns of ervét products will be refunded minus shipping and handling processing fees.
*Heads up, some Black Friday and Cyber Monday items are valid for exchange only (no returns). Purchases to CA/AU are final sale.
Almost in love with your ervét? We offer a range of fabrics, sizes and comforter weights that are eligible for exchange - free of charge! Our sleep experts can help find the right products to swap in and optimize your sleep.
Exchanges are final and no longer eligible for the trial period.
To be eligible for an ervét return, we request that you try your new ervét Split-Duvet bundle for at least 30 days and bamboo bedding for at least a week before submitting a request, as it can take some time for you and your partner to adjust to a new way of sleeping.
PURCHASES FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Any ervét products that were purchased from another retailer will be subject to that retailer’s return policy. Kickstarter and Indiegogo orders are not eligible for returns.
