The 100-night trial is limited to one Split-Duvet Bundle return per household. Once approved, returns must follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are excluded from the 100-night trial. Purchases discounted more than 50% off MSRP are final sale and are not eligible for the trial.

Eligible returns must be requested within the applicable return or trial period. Once your return is approved, it must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.

We recommend returning items in their original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, items must be securely packaged for shipping and additional shipping or handling fees may apply.

A $11.99 return processing fee, plus return shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Whenever possible, returned bedding is donated to help give it a second home.
